WELCOME TO PICKERING VILLAGE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA (PVBIA)

The Pickering Village Business Improvement Area (PVBIA) was formed in 1993 to serve the combined businesses of the BIA community area.  In 2006 the boundaries were expanded to include more of the growing businesses moving into the area.  We currently represent a total road length of 4.4 km within our boundaries.

The retail businesses, professional services, art exhibitions and sales, and more offer quality professional services, delivered with a personal touch. Our friendly and accessible businesses are here to answer any questions you may have about their various services and assist you in making your experience within Pickering Village as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible.
 
The businesses and professional services located in Pickering Village take great pride in their neighbourhood and through the BIA give back to the community that supports them. This is reflected in the sponsorships and co-operative endeavours by the BIA.
